Who is responsible?

gta6countdownlive operates this site and newsletter. Contact contact@gta6countdownlive.com for privacy enquiries. This address forwards through names.co.uk to our dedicated Outlook inbox.

Newsletter signup

We use Kit to collect email addresses, record subscription and confirmation activity, deliver release updates and guides, and manage unsubscribes. Loading the form connects your browser to Kit; it can receive IP address, browser and interaction information and use cookies or similar storage. Subscribing is optional and uses an email confirmation step. We rely on your consent to send the newsletter. You may withdraw it using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by contacting us.

Service providers and international processing

Kit processes subscriber information for us under its Data Processing Addendum, which describes its processing and international transfer safeguards. Data may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. Kit’s privacy policy describes its own website and service practices. Our hosting provider also processes request information to deliver and secure this website.

Retention and your choices

We keep your active subscription while you remain subscribed. After unsubscribe, suppression and consent records may remain to respect your choice and handle complaints; unsubscribing is not the same as deleting all records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise an objection or other applicable data-rights request. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We use enquiry correspondence to respond to your request.

Analytics and external services

No advertising or standalone website analytics provider is active. Kit may record newsletter opens, clicks and delivery events through its service. Your website analytics preference does not control Kit’s email measurements. External sites have their own privacy practices.
